More than 90% of our work has been completed through a negotiated “Team Managed” approach. Construction Management
As construction Managers, Arbuckle Construction has represented owners through the design and construction process. Our greatest value during a project is derived during the design development phase. We apply a proven approach to planning, scheduling and estimating to develop a thoughtful approach to the construction phase. We not only look internally to provide solutions, but utilize the strength of the entire team to reach conclusions to difficult project issues. This ensures a smooth construction process.
General Contractor
Arbuckle Construction has been a General Contractor for hundreds of projects since the company was founded in 1985. We have established relationships with reputable subcontractors to compliment our own crew of skilled carpenters. Our project teams provide outstanding value and quality to each project.
Design-Build
Arbuckle Construction performs over 30% of our construction volume in a Design-Build relationship. We have significant experience successfully completing numerous Design-Build projects. In contrast to the traditional arrangement where the owner contracts separately with the architect and the contractor, Design-build creates a single contract between Owner and Design-Builder. Arbuckle Construction has many long-standing relationships with architects, engineers, consultants and subcontractors to design a cost effective and trouble free project.
